* Really good cleanliness, comfortable bedding, excellent rooftop pool

* Noisy surroundings, slippery shower tiles, limited breakfast variety

The staff were so friendly and quick to help.

The pool deck was dangerously slippery, which led to multiple near-accidents. The fridge was barely functional, only acting more like a cooler than anything else. It was frustrating that we couldn't take any drinks to the pool deck from our room, especially since we were stuck with overpriced drinks in bottles.

the location is magnificent, as the hotel is based pleased in everything. the staff is nice, great.

The air conditioning was off upon arrival, and the room had a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay.

Not exactly what I expected

I found the infinity pool captivating, offering fine city views. The beds were oh-so-comfortable. The staff always greeted us with genuine smiles.

Though ranging from excellent to frustrating, including bringing a motorbike for rent proved challenging. A few amenities, like wifi, needed improvement to match the overall ambiance.

I really appreciated how the hotel is just a few steps from the Avenue Shopping Mall and only a 10-minute walk from the bustling Pattaya Night Walking Street, perfect for leisurely strolls and shopping outings. The staff were friendly and respectful.

The spacious room with brand new furnishings and a comfortable king-sized bed. We loved the private balcony and the location, perfect for accessing local attractions.

It is a modern hotel with a fine rooftop pool and a well-equipped gym!

Spacious room with modern design and a fantastic rooftop pool. Breakfast lacked variety for specific dietary needs. Location worked for accessing local hotspots. They had movie nights which were entertaining.

great staff but breakfast could improve

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping stood out . The coffee at the Diamond Cafe was great. I particularly enjoyed the chef's lovely omelette.

Breakfast could have had a bit more variety to cater to all tastes.

Perfect for couples seeking relaxation

I was really blown away by how the staff were great. The pool and gym really stole the show, especially the view from the top floor. It was fine, every evening I just sat there soaking it all in. Bar service was also quite decent when compared to its competitors, I was surprised.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the experience was well worth it.

The soundproofing was lacking, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I found the water in the pool to be quite cold, limiting my enjoyment.

I had a fantastic stay with a beautiful room and a superbly comfortable bed, although breakfast could use a bit more variety. I'd love to stay here again!
